After you submit your application. If you meet the minimum requirements for the position, your application is reviewed by a recruiter.
When Cargill will contact you? After applying for a position, you will immediately receive an automatic email confirming we have your application. If the recruiter decides you are a strong job candidate, you will be contacted for additional information or to schedule an interview.
Tips to a more successful application
- Apply for all positions you are interested in and for which you are qualified. If you create a profile and do not apply for a particular position, your resume will appear only if a recruiter conducts a general search, and you meet the minimum requirements.
- Update your resume with relevant information to the position for which you’ve applied.
- Include your GPA.
- Contact information is a must. Include a current email address and phone number.
- Check spelling and grammar. Proofread your application. Ask a friend to review your resume for mistakes.
-
Be specific. We want to know the length of each internship, volunteer and work experience, what skills you developed and how you applied your knowledge.
