Canada Internships & Co-ops

You want a valuable, hands-on, real-world experience — to put all those long nights of studying to good use. Our internship and co-op programs are the answer. You will learn about Cargill and the career opportunities available in your career area and further develop your talents. Because you’re faced with challenging projects and the chance to interact with a variety of Cargill employees and business partners, you will gain valuable, real-world work experience.

Internships are typically 16 weeks in duration. Co-ops can be 4, 8, or 12 months (depending on the program). Both programs offer you the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain valuable experience and contribute fresh ideas to your team. If you demonstrate exceptional performance and a curiosity to learn more you may be considered for a full-time position upon graduating.
