Helping our partners thrive
With 200 facilities across North America, and links to markets all over the world, we have the capacity as well as the expertise to connect growers with end users around the globe. We market and export a wide range of grains and oilseeds, including wheat, barley, durum, canola, oats, rye, flax, soybeans and peas.
We work hard to make our partners' businesses more successful and offer practical support that creates real value for growers, specifically grain and oilseed growers in the Prairies and Ontario. For example, our innovations and insights in grain origination, grain marketing and consulting, and crop input supplies are recognised as the best in the industry. Professionally trained customer focus teams work one-on-one with our producer customers, building long-term relationships - striving to understand their farming businesses and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Our capabilities and resources
We operate two canola processing facilities. The plant in Clavet, Saskatchewan is well-established as the largest soft-seed processing plant in North America, while our plant in Camrose, Alberta began production in 2015. Together, these facilities produce regular and specialty canola oils, as well as canola meal for the domestic North American and world markets. Canola oil is a healthy vegetable oil used in salad oil, frying and processed food applications. Canola meal is a high protein feed product used by the livestock industry.
Our network of grain handling facilities includes terminals and forwarding/merchandising offices in Vancouver, Winnipeg and Montreal, together with grain and oilseed ports in Québec, Ontario and Vancouver. We also work with partners through a number of grain handling joint ventures across Canada.
