The Cargill Indoor Games is Manitoba's premier track and field event and includes all levels of athletes: from elementary school relay teams to some of the country's top Olympic athletes. Since 1981, Cargill Limited has been the major sponsor of the event bringing in elite athletes from all over the world as well as top North American competitors. Held over a two-weekend format, the Cargill Indoor Games also includes elementary, high school and university level athletes. The event is held each year at the University of Manitoba's Max Bell Centre on one of the fastest tracks in the country.
